Evaluating the environmental sustainability of our coffee was a priority for us right from the start: the choice of paper pods, packaged in a protected atmosphere with aluminum packaging, a 100% recyclable material, seemed the best option.
The controlled atmosphere allows us to preserve the complex sensory characteristics of coffee without the use of refrigerators.
The paper pods, 100% biodegradable, are not a burden on the environment, but rather can be useful to it by being transformed into compost. Once used, in fact, our advice is to bury them in the pots of plants: leftover coffee is an excellent organic fertilizer as it facilitates the absorption by the plant of nutrients from the soil.
The use is particularly indicated in apartment plants of tropical origin such as the Nolina or Smoke Eater (Beaucarnea), Ficus, Yucca, Happiness Tree (Dracena).
Last but not least, the energy saving that can be obtained with the machine we supply. Its heat exchange system requires much less energy than traditional machines.
